Club Night Week 6 Winter 2024 Free & Fly

Freestyle – 12.5m / 25m / 50m / 100m / 200m / 400m **
Butterfly – 12.5m / 25m / 50m / 100m / 200m

Swimmers unable to competently swim a formstroke event are invited to do a second freestyle swim.

Limit of 2 swims per night

** 400m Free and 400m IM should only be swum with coaches approval

Please remember to pay your discounted entry fee when you arrive. Just let Reception know you are here for club.
All entries should be done via Swim Central.
The race desk will continue to close at 6.30pm in order for the ladies to be ready for a 7pm start. It is expected that families time keep once a month.
